Drive international recruitments and sourcing activities
As a Talent Attraction Specialist within our Group HR team you will drive full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple countries and locations, predominantly for selected specialists and manager positions. Additionally, you will work with different talent attraction initiatives to improve and drive candidate inflow to our open positions.  

Together with your colleagues, you will play a key role in strengthening the NKT employer brand through a diverse scope of activities, such as collaboration with different networks and universities or global partnerships. 

Besides above you would typically handle tasks like:
* Build diverse, external talent pools for key functions
* Ensure high-quality and unbiased recruitment processes
* Support and train local HR colleagues and leaders on talent attraction topics
* Prepare reporting and metrics related to talent attraction


We are growing our Global Talent Attraction Team and you will be part of a smaller, open-minded and collaborative TA team. You will work closely with around 70 international colleagues spread over multiple locations. You will report to the Head of Talent Attraction. We are looking for the perfect match to join our team, therefore placement of this role is flexible, with preferred placement close to any of our offices in Sweden (Karlskrona, Malmö, Alingsås, Falun or Västerås) or Denmark (Broendby).

You juggle and execute with ease a broad span of tasks and recruitments over several locations and organizational levels. You  possess great time management and planning skills.  To be successful as our Talent Attraction Specialist you are a collaborative networker who values and get energized when building and developing relationships and stakeholder relations. 

Besides the above we believe you have:
* Several years’ of experience from recruiting specialists and leaders, preferably in an international setting
* Solid understanding of ATS 
* Understanding and experience from employer branding and talent attraction activities 
* Fluency in English (Swedish and/or German would be beneficial)
