An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Mölnlycke Health Care as a Global Talent & Learning Specialist. Located in our HQ in Gothenburg, you will be an active member of the Global Talent & Learning team, working virtually as the team are located in different countries. The role is a temporary contract for at least one year, however for the right candidate prolongation or permanent position may be possible. Arbetsuppgifter

Key responsibilities:
• Act as global super user for our LMS (Learning Management System):
- Developing our learning offering by providing the local LMS administrators with training and user guides
- Provide ongoing support to global and local LMS administrators, to ensure that they use the LMS in their markets in the best possible way
- Be main point of contact with system supplier in terms of technical system support and development
• Be main point of contact with e-learning suppliers recommending them to internal functions as required
• Provide ongoing global Performance Management system support to the organisation according to internal processes
• Support end to end programme management and administration for global development programs from participant awareness through to budgets
• Work closely with suppliers for talent acquisition assessments and talent development assessments
• Develop and define clear processes to support compliance standards
• Driving continuous improvement and initiating solutions to develop efficient processes
• Be involved in and/or drive T&L projects in line with the strategic HR priorities



Utbildning/erfarenhet

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, hold a University degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. You will have experience from working in HR and a wish to further develop within the Learning & Development space in a dynamic, fast paced and growing business.

To succeed in this role, you need to be:

• Self-motivated and driven with a natural curiosity and willingness to learn
• Customer-focused, delivering quality outputs with pace, in a way that makes learning sense and exceeds expectations
• Logical and methodical with strong organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple projects and demands from various stakeholders, ensuring the detail is picked up
• Confident communication skills, including the ability to deliver training and collaborate in a global to local context
• Intuitive with systems and technology and able to explain it to others in a pedagogical way
• Have an intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• It would be ideal but not essential if you have previously worked with Learning Management and Performance Management Systems and have had experience with e-learning.
