We are now looking for Technical support specialist to Global 2:nd line

To support the growing business, we are looking for technical support specialists to enable the Global 2nd line team to successfully deliver a world class support experience to all customers globally. You will be working with an ambitious and highly skilled team who go above and beyond to drive customer success.

What you will do:
Provide excellent support not only related to our customers software products, but also complex problems concerning everything in the end-customers environment from clients to network and servers.
Take ownership of customer reported issues and provide assistance in quick service restoration and problem resolution.
Reproduce issues reported by customers in lab environment and work with escalation and development engineering team to provide a workaround or resolution.
Ensure that client expectations are properly managed, and that technical issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain troubleshooting skills on all our customoers software products and technical knowledge in industry standard based technologies.
Train 1st lines so that they can achieve their targets.

Whats expected from you
- Excellent troubleshooting skills regarding client and server technologies
- Experience of delivering support for both mixed IT environments and MS SQL based applications (TSQL)
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following operating systems, Microsoft Windows, Linux, Unix, OS X
- Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus.

We also think that it is good if you have experience of, MS SCCM, Powershell, IIS, Knowledge management and SAM.
