Global Test Manager

The Global Test assignment is a part of the IKEA Range & Product Development organization, responsible to develop relevant, well performing and compliant products for all markets where IKEA is present. A very important part in this is to enable verification capabilities from development throughout the value chain.

As Global Test Manager for IKEA of Sweden you will be accountable for ensuring both capabilities and capacity of our global network of internal and external verification lab partners which means to constantly monitor and improve their performance.
The assignment includes a direct leadership for our IKEA Test Lab organization in Älmhult with a focus on development testing. It means a responsibility for both overall operations and the tactical development of the IKEA Test Lab.
In this role you will be a part of the Management Team of Requirement Engineering and be an important contributor to strategic and tactical work
