We are currently recruiting for a Global Total Rewards Manager to our HQ in Gothenburg. This role will report directly to the Vice President Talent & Reward.

In this role you will:
Provide subject matter expertise, insight, and understanding to the business on all Total Rewards matters
Lead annual executive compensation reviews
Act as a business partner/consultant to the HR community on Total Rewards related matters
Define Effective Strategic Communication of Total Rewards
Drive rewards projects on a global scale (programs that ensure employee attraction, retention and corporate goal alignment)
Participate in the design and drive implementation of Global Reward processes (Bonus, benefits, job architecture, job evaluation programs)


Qualifications & Experience:
7+ years of progressive multinational corporate Total Rewards experience
Passionate about elevating Total Rewards, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Ability to use data to make informed recommendations
A team player with a natural propensity to build and leverage strong internal networks
A strong communicator, compelling storyteller and influencer with the ability to gain support and sponsorship from a variety of stakeholders
Experience in building job architectures
Experience with change management
Experience with project management
Experience of HR systems and tools
Fluency in English, orally and written.
Relevant academic degree
