Then the position as Global Tracheostomy Clinical Lead in the Global Medical & Scientific Affairs team at Atos Medical might be the right next career move for you. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and building our educational and research activities in tracheostomy.

To succeed with this purpose, we have an ambitious initiative to strengthen our market position in tracheostomy through education, clinical research and innovation. As the Global Tracheostomy Clinical Lead your primary responsibility will be to lead the tracheostomy education strategy across the markets and collaborating with the countries on their local tracheostomy education plan. Your strong clinical background and ability to think strategically enables you to act as the clinical lead in our innovation, marketing and clinical research projects.

 

Your duties & responsibilities


• Develop and implement a tracheostomy curriculum offered by Atos Medical for the education of external clinicians with various backgrounds and experience levels in close collaboration with the tracheostomy product manager and local markets.
• Lead on international tracheostomy clinical education activities such as international expert panels, courses, study days and webinars.
• Serve as a key collaborator in the development of clinical marketing and educational materials such as brochures, e-learning resources, ’How-to’ product videos, product handbooks and resources.
• Develop an internal training curriculum with relevant content which includes formulating objectives, knowledge, skills and competencies to be acquired for the different role profiles targeted with the training.
• Act as the clinical expert lead on responding to complex technical , clinical and product queries involving tracheostomy management or pulmonary rehabilitation.
• Identify the needs for clinical evidence and act as an expert involved in the design, conduct, data interpretation and reporting of individual clinical studies
• Help plan and develop tracheostomy product evaluations and post market clinical follow up activities as a part of the post market surveillance plan.

 

Your competencies & experience


• Nurse, Speech Language Pathologist, Respiratory Therapist or Physiotherapist with 5+ years clinical experience in tracheostomy patient care with active professional registration in relevant field
• Master’s degree in relevant field from an accredited institution
• 3+ years’ experience managing a team or leading on clinical development projects
• Confidence and ability to develop relationships and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders in the field
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work in virtual teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English

You are ambitious, curious,  flexible, energetic, and a collaborative team player with strong values and a positive can-do attitude.

 

You are at the same time business-oriented with strong strategic and planning skills and highly organized and structured with an ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives at once.

This role is a field based role and you will report to the Vice President of Medical and Scientific Affairs and be a member of the global medical and scientific affairs team with 8 members across seven nationalities. The job requires regular presence at our HQ in Hyllie, Malmö, Sweden. However, we welcome and encourage international applications, provided that some international travel and working across time zones is acceptable to the applicant. Salary and benefits will be according to skills and experience.
