This is our Global Pioneer Program
For the sixth time we offer future Pioneers from all over the world the opportunity to take part in an 18 month development program. The program consists of six different rotation assignments and training modules in our different global locations. Interested to know more? Visit our program page.
What you will do
You will be part of a global commodity team responsible for printed circuit boards, electric motors, Li and lead batteries, wiring, switches and timers. The main responsibilities are to secure quality, delivery, cost effectiveness and sustainability of your commodity for all products and life cycle.
This includes:
Supporting commercial relationships with suppliers within the commodity identified for support – on a global scale.
Secure levels of cost, quality, reliability and sustainability with each supplier with the support of the Sourcing team during your development
Manage relationships in order to assist in improving supplier performance and streamlining processes
Identify potential new suppliers as well as potential new technologies within the identified commodity
Build and maintain relationships with other internal functions such as Project Sourcing, Finished Product Sourcing, R&D and SQA.
Driving your own development further and gain experience in a wide variety of areas
Being an active part of our Global Trainee community and help create a cross-divisional and international network

As a Trainee Sourcing you will be part of our international team and mainly be based in Sweden.
Your passion is to secure quality, delivery, cost effectiveness and sustainability of your commodity for all products and life cycle. You have strong social skills to work together with internal and external stakeholders. You are flexible, curious, trusting and you are not afraid of taking ownership.
You have:
A Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
preferable intermediate communication skills in Swedish
experience in working with Microsoft Office as well Presentation skills
strong networking and relationship competency
less than 3 years of working experience
