Global Training Coordinator

Seize this opportunity to take on a challenge amongst the world leaders in our market. You will be a part of Grid & Power Quality Solutions in Sweden, a unit within the Power Grids division. Grid & Power Quality Solutions technology enables power systems owners to increase the capacity of their existing power systems while improving electrical stability at the same time. The result is more electrical power can reach consumers with minimal environment impact after shorter project times and at lower investment costs.
In this role you will be part of the Engineering team and you will interact cross functionally in the organization. You will be working closely with different departments and units across the globe since many of the trainings are prepared on demand for them.
Your responsibilities
Support in the Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS) training center conception and activities
Being up to date with new possibilities within the field of training, usage of adequate supporting tools, having presentations and using suitable business models that are up to date
Understanding the organizational training needs and transforming that into training programs and strategy
Organizing and coordinating training programs, both external for our customers and internal for our colleagues
Preparing and designing training material using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Video Editor and Power Point
You will also be responsible to communicate our training opportunities in the company.

Your background
A degree from university in pedagogics, administration, engineering, or other relevant education
More than 2 years of experience within training or learning & development.
The most important aspect to succeed in the role is to have the right attitude, good communication skills with people both from inside and outside of the organization.
Experience with designing and preparing training material is beneficial.
You are driven, well organized, communicative, have a passion for training and developing people and have a strategic mindset.
You are able to influence managers and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written is a must.
Experience with Engineering technical trainings will be considered as added value.
