Your mission
In this role you will drive and support an efficient implementation and execution of TLD specific training programs globally.
You will create productive training collaboration between our different entities and lead projects and development activities related to division specific training.
In the role as a Global Training Lead you will have a close collaboration with Epiroc University for design, alignment of prioritizations and focus areas as well as administration of the offerings in MyLearning, Epiroc´s learning and development platform. You will organize and coordinate technical training activities and drive the development of blended learning packages, leveraging digitalization and promoting new ways of learning
Some of the tasks you will work with:
* Be the driver for improvements, implementations and development work related to training processes and concepts.
* Drive and support regional Customer center collaboration and development within the area of Training. Actively work with Epiroc Customer centers to understand local and global division specific training demands and requirements.
* Manage new training concepts roll out – such as gamified training, nano-learning, and similar. Create blended learning packages to maximize learning outcomes and becoming more agile
* Take full responsibility of assigned projects and lead them during all phases within the agreed scope, time and budget together with the project team and according to the project manual.
* Plan, follow up and update the resource need, inform key stakeholders and project sponsors about project progress. Support hosting and facilitation needs related to training
Communicate common training needs to Epiroc University and collaborate for implementation

Your profile
For this position we are looking for you who have a relevant university degree and/or several years of practical experience as Project leader and/or Training professional.
We would like you to have project management skills and good knowledge of project management models
You have great experience within MS Office and a big plus if you have knowledge in SharePoint.
The role requires that you have good English skills, both verbal and written.
It is a big plus if you have any previous experience from adult learning pedagogics, UX design, target group analysis and/or digital learning content production.
As for your personal skills we are looking for you who has strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You are organized with a good structure and ability to work independent as well as in teams.
You are driven and result-oriented with a high level of flexibility. Embrace new changes with ab open mindset is is something you enjoy.
Location and travel
This position is located in Fagersta, Sweden. Some travel both nationally and internationally can occur.
