Our Academy team is growing with an additional Global Training Specialist! As a Global Training Specialist at CellaVision, your overall purpose is to maintain and develop the CellaVision Academy. Our Academy’s focus is to provide training and training tools for our distributor’s application personnel, service personnel, end users, internal personnel, and sales personnel throughout all regions.
CellaVision’s Academy team is also responsible for scheduling and organizing instructor-led training, developing training materials in other formats and circumstances as the need arises. The Global Training Specialist reports to Director Global Training.
Key tasks as Global Training Specialist
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to identify the content and the objectives for course development.
- Develop technical training content, including - E-learning modules
- Instructional Videos
- Classroom materials (PowerPoint Presentations, participant workbooks)
- Deliver training to participants either virtually or in-person
- Assist in the maintenance of the hardware lab/training classroom
- Scheduling resource planning of training classes and materials. (Together with manager and team decide on a format and prioritize and strategy)

Qualifications
- Education within healthcare, nursing or similar.
- Industry experience from healthcare or med-tech.
- Prior experience with Learning Management System
- Proven track record of creating and delivering online and live training as well as experience in creating E-Learning for adult learning.
- We believe you have experience delivering training in both classroom and virtual settings.
- Expert-level proficiency in learning solution development software: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Premiere); Articulate Storyline 360; Microsoft Office
- 2-5 years experience with Instructional Design
- Strong knowledge of SCORM
- Strong knowledge of audio and video recording and production
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

This position requires 25 to 30 international travel days per year.
