Your mission
Main responsibilities in this exciting role will be to lead and participate in global transportation projects. You will have the opportunity to manage and support various projects in Global Supply Hub & Transportation over time. You will also play an important role as interface between Supply Chain and other stakeholders, both internally at Epiroc but also externally.

Main objectives is to successfully lead and manage transportation projects and deliver results according to defined project targets and deliverables. Be a positive project leader committed to transforming Supply Chain into a competitive advantage for Epiroc and our valued customers. You are expected to secure that project implementation plans are well understood in concerned areas of our organization, that red flags are highlighted, and action plans are put in place and followed. You will secure resources, address capacity and know-how constraints, secure that experience and lesson learned is communicated and documented and frequently report project progress to stakeholders and management.


Your profile
To succeed in this role, you are business-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, along with a strong analytical and problem solving capability. You have an experience working in transportation projects. Your role and acting is influenced by a positive attitude and a willingness for collaboration. In your daily work, you are organized with excellent planning skills and execution capabilities.

We believe you have minimum 7 years’ experience of Supply Chain/Global Transportation along with demonstrated experience from Line management position(s) as well as Project Management experience.  Furthermore you have thorough understanding of supply chain and business processes, including good understanding of domestic and international sales order E2E processes.

In addition:

* Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in Supply Chain and/or Logistics an asset
* Skillful MS Office user (mainly Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
* Ability to give feedback and counsel employees as needed
* Thorough understanding of logistics and distribution processes, including compliance


As our corporate language is English, strong English communication skills both verbal and written is required.
