Continuing to invest in our future, we’re looking to hire a Global Value Communications Manager.
 
Within the Health Economics and Governmental Affairs Team, you will lead our end-to-end value communication efforts. To be successful in this role you need to be creative with a strategic mindset. You are energetic and resourceful with a target oriented and pragmatic personality. You are a person who builds relationships with a special interest in non-clinical stakeholders.
 
As our Global Value Communications Manager, you will develop, roll-out, implement and track value communication strategies. You will maximize the establishment of the value proposition of selected company products through each stage of development and lifecycle management ensuring applicability to the patient, provider and payor.
 
You will act as a Global Centre of Excellence for Value Communication, making sure to use all resources to benchmark and develop the role.
 
In this role you will drive close cross-functional collaboration to ensure achievement of objectives and further the Medical and Economic (M&E) Affairs mission to maximize patient outcomes by setting and continuously advancing the evidence-based medicine standard of care. Key responsibilities:
Accountable for all collateral required to support the establishment of the end-to-end HE Value Proposition of the Molnlycke product portfolio to obtain, maintain and/or maximize Market Access and achieve business objectives.
Develop end-to-end value dossiers for specific key products and portfolios across Molnlycke Businesses.
Cross-collaboration with Global and Local Marketing Teams, Clinical Evidence Teams, Global Medical Affairs Team and Sales Training & Development Team.
Lead cross – functional workshops to agree on the approach and framework to be applied for each Value Dossier.
Interact with stakeholders across the Healthcare Delivery Chain during Health Economic Value Communication design.
Implement, track and capture stakeholders needs proactively and embed them into prototypes and the final outcome.
Perform desktop research and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to build the Value Dossier.
Support upskilling Mölnlycke across all levels on aspects related to Health Economic Value Communication design, implementation and tracking.
Test the effectiveness of proposed and/or developed Value Communications at field visits and in collaboration with local market colleagues.
Manage the development of all relevant collateral, including pragmatic quantitative tools.
Manage all aspects of BaseCase Communication Platform, including migration of collateral and training relevant Mölnlycke colleagues.
Manage the evolution of a Health Economic Value Communication, including updates as and when new evidence becomes available.
Conduct effectiveness case studies and seek publication in relevant journals.

 
Qualifications and experience:
5+ years in Medical Device industry, in Value Communications, Health Economics, Market Access or similar function
Business acumen and knowledge and proven experience in developing, implementing and tracking HE Value Communications for Medical Devices
Experience from working in an international environment
Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams
Proven experience in developing, implementing and tracking MedTech Value Communications.
Experience with BaseCase is optional
Experience with effectiveness case studies is optional
LEAN or Six Sigma experiences is optional
Strong commercial mind set
Strong communication and Project management skills
Strong understanding of healthcare operations
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
You need to be able to travel 20% of the time
