Job Description:
 
As Visual Manager for our client you will be developing and overseeing our clients Retail Store concept, visual merchandising strategies and window programs. This position is based out of our office in Stockholm and requires travel to all markets in Europe and overseas including outlets. In this position you have no direct personnel responsibility but the store managers must follow your directives regarding Visual Merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual guide lines for our clients Brand Stores and outlets
• Develop window program for EBS and outlets
• Oversee and project manage the future Retail Concept
• Procurement of props and supplier relations
• Planning of stores / planogram
• Project manage new store build outs and renovations (whls & ret)
• Managing Capex budgets
 
Experience and Qualifications

• An excellent VM manager with successful execution and implementation of VM strategies
• 5 years of visual experience at retail brand with similar responsibilities as in the job description
• An understanding of managing to budgets
• Project management of new store openings
• MS-office package knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint) Able to put a presentation together
• Computer savvy with emphasis on plan-o-grams (floor layout software)
• Fluent in English, oral and written (Swedish is a plus)
