Since selling our first timepiece in 2011, Daniel Wellington has evolved into a global phenomenon that has disrupted an entire industry. We are an exciting, vibrant, and innovative brand that challenges old conventions - continuously striving to enrich our customers' style through timeless pieces.

We are now looking for our next Global Visual Merchandiser, responsible for securing that the global commercial calendar is being translated into store material and visual guidelines with the purpose to drive traffic to stores, enhancing the shopping experience, brand perception and building sales. The role is both operational and strategic, working hands-on with creating displays as well as setting the global strategy from our Stockholm HQ. You work in the marketing team in close collaboration with one VM in APAC, wholesale managers, Offline sales organization. A great opportunity for anyone with a burning heart for visual merchandising, retail and global collaboration.

THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN 



- Lead, align and secure the store experience in our Monobrand Partner and Wholesale stores by developing a global visual merchandise strategy for seasonal windows, in-store marketing and product presentations
- Make sure our products and campaigns are being displayed in the right place at the right time.

- Align marketing materials and production plans with the h channels
- Responsible for creating all global visual guidelines to maximize sales in our offline channels
- Maintain and develop the DW Visual Handbook
- Work closely with the Offline department and Key Account Managers to support and ensure actions are implemented to best practice
- Lead the visual work during events and pop-up store concepts
- Create summaries and follow-ups on campaign implementations


WHO YOU ARE

- Several years of experience in a Visual Merchandising role, experience working toward partner distribution
- Experience creating store windows, props displays, and store planogram
- Basic knowledge and understanding of relevant software to create store planograms and windows
- Extensive knowledge of the retail consumer market, watch and jewelry segment is highly preferred
- English both verbal and written
