Job Description
You will be responsible for a great customer experience and creating results by setting and executing a visual strategy for Beauty's expansion and store projects. You have excellent communication and presentation skills and drive the customer experience through a growth mindset. You embrace challenges and enjoy working cross functionally with external and internal stakeholders.
Your assignment and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Elevate the H&M Beauty's customer centricity by setting the global strategy and visual presentation guidelines for H&M Beauty’s expansion and store projects
Enable inspiring and guiding presentation of the Beauty customer offer in physical stores
Increase the concept performance by supporting and adapting the short and long-term sales strategy through visual presentation
Be a part of the Beauty expansion project team with responsibility to connect the visual strategy to the overall Beauty vision and identity
Build a strong collaboration network and alignment with private and external label brands, regions, global functions as well as within the BU.
Find relevant inspiration and information from competitors etc. in order to develop the long-term strategy of the visual identity for the H&M Beauty's store categories.
Travel regularly and give hands-on support in expansion projects, like store openings
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a commercial and creative mindset, with a get it done attitude and the ability to handle an always changing environment. You are confident in and have a proven track record of leading different and cross functional projects simultaneously. We also believe that you are always striving to reach goals and are confident to make independent decisions. In addition, you contribute with high energy and drive, inspiring both teammates and stakeholders, as well as you get inspired in your everyday work by the H&M culture & values and it is natural for you to act as an ambassador for H&M Beauty.
We’d love to meet someone who:
Has a strong visual presentations skills and experience of working as a visual merchandiser for 3-5 years
Experience from setting global/regional/sales market guidelines and strategies. Experience from working with Beauty is a plus but not a must.
Have excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to deliver key messages in a clear way
Additional Information
The assignment is a permanent position to start as soon as possible. You’ll be located at the H&M Beauty head office, Jakobsbergsgatan in central of Stockholm.
