Sales & Commercial Operations Support is a truly global function that today consists of approx. 45 employees. We are made up of the departments; Merchandising, Visual, Store Operations and Planning & Communication. Our mission is “With the customer in focus, we make it possible for our regions and the H&M brand to reach our sales and profit goals by supporting and enabling both central and local functions”.
Job Description
In collaboration with the central functions, you are responsible to develop the global visual function by creating new visual tools, material, way of working and best practices. Your contribution to a great customer experience by supporting, sharing knowledge and implement new global visual strategies together with regions is key in this role. You will participate as an expert function in cross functional projects that concerns the visual function.

Your Responsibilities
Contribute setting a long-term visual strategy to secure a high level of windows, styling and garment presentation
In collaboration with business units sales/operation teams, set an OMNI commercial/visual strategy for physical stores
Find new innovative solutions, ideas and tools to the visual level in store
Develop and create new global best practices and way of working for the visual function
Provide regions and country sales markets with global tools and training material that will improve the visual level in the sales markets
Project lead global visual initiated projects together with relevant functions and regions in order to develop the future visual organization and way of working
Project lead and support regions and sales markets with global visual related tests
Support and collaborate with regional VM teams to implement new visual strategies and way of working
Support, manage and coordinate new visual strategies and direction initiated from different Business units in order to ensure realistic and quality execution in regions and sales markets
Share, inspire and educate sales markets on the seasonal fashion information through global meetings

Qualifications
To Succeed in this role
2+ years current experience from Senior VM roles in a Sales market, region (such as HoV)
Knowledge about visual best practices and routines
Knowledge about our customer offer and assortment
Understand how to collaborate cross functionally in order to achieve results
Able to create Strategies
Ability to read, understand and act based on selling equation and weekly sales reports
Leadership experience (minimum of 2 years)
Preferably experienced working in both global and local teams


Further we believe you
Have strong visual presentation and styling skills
Have the ability to drive projects – strong project leadership skills
Have strong English written and verbal communication
Have strong presentation and communication skills

The recruitment process
This is a full-time permanent position and you be located at the H&M Head Office in Stockholm, and will report to the Global Head of Visual.
