To support the development and execution of warehousing strategies we are now looking for a Global Warehouse Manager to join our Global Integrated Logistics team within Processing Solutions and Equipment.
As Global Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible of managing and driving the global warehouse program as a part of the program plan for Global Integrated Logistics. The Global Warehouse Manager will lead a team of warehouse development specialist with responsibilities to lead initiatives to attain the company’s key strategic objectives by improving existing processes, reducing inefficiencies, and increasing productivity.
This position is located in Lund.
What you will do:
Develop new initiatives and improvements, driving digitalization, in the warehouse management area
Lead development of an integrated warehousing solution supporting 12+ production entities and 2000+ installation locations spread across the globe
Support the operational execution of the development plan in warehousing
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on the execution of strategic priorities
Ensure cost efficient warehouse management service according to client and customer need



Who you are:
We believe that you are a person with a lot of energy, strong drive for results and your analytical as well as your communication skills are excellent.
To be successful in this position we would like you to have minimum 10 years of experience in logistics / supply chain management.
You have a proven track record in change management and leadership and preferably 3-5 years in a position as a manager. Experience from an international environment in Warehouse Management is crucial and knowledge of SAP WM / EWM & WCM tools is beneficial.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics or have an equivalent solid technical educational background within logistics.
Your Swedish and English are at business level.
