GlobalConnect is currently undergoing a process of change aimed at achieving a digital transformation within the next two years. As part of this initiative, the role of Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the transformation forward. OM TJÄNSTEN
The team you will be joining consists of 9 colleagues, all working in Business Controlling and Business Management. GlobalConnect as a whole, but the team as well possess high competence, and you will have excellent opportunities to develop in your role. At GlobalConnect, they celebrate successes together and value flexibility in work schedules.

In this role, you will be responsible for compiling ongoing operating costs (Opex), and gathering and analyzing data related to FTE follow-ups. You will also have the opportunity to work on innovative projects where you are expected to identify improvement measures and take the initiative to implement them. An example could be an integration of HR tools with the business system to streamline processes and automate workflows. This will provide you with valuable experience in areas such as data analysis, process optimization, and project management, while also making a real impact on the company.

As a key member of the finance team, you will be involved in Closing Meetings for Sweden, contribute to forecasting processes and financial modeling exercises, and create simulations for different scenarios, helping the company stay at the forefront. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the company, building relationships and developing a deep understanding of how the company operates.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Develop ongoing operating costsm (Opex) for Sweden
- Analyze data and FTE follow-ups
- Create financial models and analyses
- Propose your own improvement measures and initiatives
- Gain a good understanding of the company as a whole in order to streamline processes.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- University degree in economics, preferably industrial economics.
- Good knowledge in Power BI.
- Knowledge in SQL.

It is considered a merit if you have work experience as a controller/economist.
