What you will do:

Selected candidates will participate in a two-year Graduate On-boarding (GO!) Program within the Essity organization, starting in September, 2020. The GO! Program provides a real job with real responsibilities and an individual development plan to give you a strong foundation to drive your development and career within Essity.
The GO! Program is based on relevant tasks, clear responsibilities and specific learning goals. This will provide participants with a deep understanding of the Essity global organization, processes and tools, develop functional as well as leadership competencies while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.
Focus areas
During the program you will understand and learn about the Essity Value Chain by working within the Sourcing & Logistics functions. You will be exposed to many areas within Essity such as Material, Finished Goods, Supply & Demand, Logistics & Transport planning and Sourcing.
The key focus areas can initially be:
Involvement in various sourcing and planning activities to ensure and optimize availability of material, goods or transport at the right cost.
Contribute to the fulfilment of KPIs.
Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions.
Who you are:
To be a successful graduate at Essity you need to have an interest in developing and leading yourself, a curiosity to learn new things and an ability to inspire people to achieve things together. With your solution-oriented approach you are eager to make a difference and have the courage to act on own ideas. You are a great networker and communicator who thrives in a changing environment.
Formal requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree completed at program start.
Maximum 24 months of work experience after graduation. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage.
Excellent level of English is required, and speaking an additional language is preferable.
Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to change.
International mindset from working and/or studying abroad and an interest in collaborating with people from different cultures.
A willingness to travel and relocate if needed.
