We are now looking for a Goods Flow Manager to join us at IKEA Haparanda. It is beneficial that you have earlier experience within a Logistic function, but what is foremost important for us is that you are someone that is genuinely driven and motivated to learn and understand the logistics impact on our customers shopping experience.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As a Goods Flow Manager, you and your team will contribute to excellent customer meetings in all sales channels. This by ensuring that the availability of our range is as accurate as possible and maintains high quality to lowest costs. By a transparent and clear communication, you make sure that existing processes are followed and improved. Your main responsibilities will be to lead and optimize your team in order to achieve departmental goals. In your role as Goods Flow Manager, you will lead a team of both Team Leaders and Co-workers.
Through present leadership and a focus on clear communication and responsiveness, you aim to create good cohesion.
This position involves approximately 80% administration and coaching of employees. The remaining time you will be taking part in the operative agenda to get a good picture of how you can best support your employees in their daily work.
