Goodyear are searching for our next Finance Manager Consumer Nordic

This position is a finance leadership position whose primary purpose is setting directions and implementing a strong financial strategy for a long-term profitable growth of the local business in all business units in the Nordic countries. In this position you will manage the entire country portfolio of accounts/business from a finance perspective and drive strategies related to the complex risk assessment decisions.

You will also:
manage and coordinate forecast and budget in accordance with our business plan and ensure preparation of rolling estimates. All in close collaboration with the business.
interact and give direction to decision makers such as business leaders and key stakeholders.
review and consolidate on-going variances and perform analysis to provide great insight to the business.
lead and manage financial planning process, long-term and short-term and ensure the participation of all related parties.
lead detailed SAG controlling, follow-ups and create SAG awareness on management level.
identify variable cost saving or revenue enhancing opportunities to achieve company targets.
be an integrated contributor in key business processes, such as target setting, forecasting activities, assessing financial risk management and governance.
drive timely and accurate reporting and analysis of actual performance versus plan.


Education and background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or similar.
Minimum 10 years’ experience of working cross functional in various financial roles, including both corporate and operational finance. A big plus if you have worked for a manufacturing company and understands sales and marketing operations.
Experience from supporting and managing a high performing finance team.
Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
Analytical and structured thinking is a must
Strong communication and negotiation skills at all level of an organization
Ability to work well with others and support cross functional work teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong financial and business acumen
Swedish and English verbal and written fluent (mandatory)
