You could call it a Google Cloud Data Engineer but we’re looking for an enabler of customer journeys
We want to offer our customers personalized journeys driven by important life events. You will have a key role in making this happen.
About the role
As a Google Cloud Data Engineer, you’ll enable the seamless transition of web behavioral data in Google BigQuery and connect to our first party customer data sources to enable personalized customer journeys. You’ll join an easy-going Nordic team of developers who make this happen and have fun while doing it.
You’ll develop data integrations and data pipelines related to web data in Google BigQuery and connect them to our CRM and Marketing channels and first party data sources.
About the job and your responsibilities
Work in a team responsible for integrations towards Google Cloud specially Google BigQuery
Create and manage data pipeline implemented in Azure Data Factory
Manage both streaming and batch data pipelines both in Google Cloud and Azure
Manage integrations with Marketing channels like Google Marketing Platform products, Facebook and others for sharing Audiences
Develop and maintain web behavior & marketing data access layers for business users in Google BigQuery



Your background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science or any equivalent practical experience
Experience with analytical warehouse solutions such as Google BigQuery, Azure SQL Datawarehouse, Teradata, or any other datawarehouse
Experience in creating ETL/ELT workflows or moving data from data stores into analytic warehouses, and with performance/scalability optimizations.
Eager to learn and implement new technologies
Excellent English language and communication skills (oral and written)



Preferred qualifications
Experience in implementing solutions in any of Public clouds such as Azure, Google and AWS
Experience in developing data pipelines in tools like Azure Data Factory
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD is a plus
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions
