Inside Sales Representative (Multiple Languages Available) to Google EU Headquarters This position is located in the European Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.For candidates applying for the German, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish roles there is an option to locate either in Hamburg, Germany or in Dublin, Ireland. We are looking for ambitious, energetic, focused and well-organised professionals to join our new and fast-growing EMEA Sales team in Dublin. Successful candidates will join a professional telesales team that sells AdWords, the leading text-based advertising platform in Europe; AdSense, the leading contextual advertising platform in Europe; and other Google products to medium and large enterprises. Please note only candidates with EU work authorisation will be considered. Responsibilities: Prospecting and acquiring new accounts for a designated territory and/or industry sector.Analysing and matching Google solutions to customer requirements.Maximising customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts.Working closely with the in-country sales team and the account management team.Conducting research in the assigned industry sector utilising various resources (internet, publications, networking, referrals, etc.) Assisting in the training of new members of the division.Contributing to the development of the division by participating in at least one project team. Requirements: Third level university degree.At least 2 years of phone or field based sales experience, with a history of overachieving targets, preferably in new business acquisition.Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and an ability to persuade at the executive management level.Passionate about sales and the internet, with a desire to learn.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Speaks and writes French fluently and idiomatically in addition to having a proficient level of English.
