Online Operations Coordinator (Google Apps for Your Domain) to Google EU - Headquarters This position is based in Dublin, Ireland. Are you excited to work on a new strategic service offering for Google?Are you passionate about learning new technologies and providing first-rate customer service?Are you eager to take on the challenges of working in a fast-paced, constantly-changing organization?We have an immediate need for an energetic, take-charge team player to help us support the expansion of a new Google service: Google Apps for Your Domain.This service allows IT administrators for organizations outsource some of their IT infrastructure to Google for free.Google Apps for Your Domain currently includes private-labeled email, instant messaging and collaborative calendaring tools.Administrators can also design and publish their organizations' web pages.There's no hardware or software to install or maintain, and users can access these tools from any computer with an internet connection.Administrators manage their organizations' services and their list of user accounts through a web-based control panel interface.The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and exhibit excellent judgment.This candidate should also be comfortable juggling tasks from the mundane to the more strategic and can work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support for Google Apps for Your Domain administrators and end-users Help small and medium sized businesses and colleges and universities learn and adopt new Google products Serve as a customer advocate, channeling user feedback into the product roadmap Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate bug reports Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, and other groups across Google Opportunities to work on special projects, as needed Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent experience At least 1-2 years client service / customer support experience preferred Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong computer applications skills Ability to work in a fast moving environment with tolerance of ambiguity.Screening and selection will proceed without delay.
