Role: Google Workspace - Technical Engineer

Being a Technical Engineer is about being engaging and working in a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust. Working with a focus on value creation, ownership and accountability of standard and custom solutions and platforms while delivering customer and business results. While working on a wide range of technologies, a Technical Engineer should be able to constantly delivery regular quality services towards our colleagues and teams.
Regardless of area, tools or languages, a Technical Engineer builds and/or configures solutions that are easy to maintain and change, enabling a constant delivery pace to be kept indefinitely. This is achieved through continuous attention to technical excellence and good design, with extensive use of automation.
Job Responsibility
• Define and change the platform architecture based on the needs of the stakeholders, new technologies and innovations
• Design, implement and maintain technology platforms to enable software solutions to run in a performant and secure environment
• Develop and implement stable and scalable software systems that improves availability and reduces latency of systems or products/services
• Provide options for how the solution could be evolved to provide even more value
• Build the simplest possible solution that fulfils functional and quality requirements
• Ensure high quality of developed technical solutions
• Deliver on time, demonstrating strong commitment to deliver on the team mission and agreed backlog
• Create knowledge and produce the necessary documentation
Job Skills and Qualifications
· Deep knowledge in the digital workplace domain
· Google Workspace Global admin experience
· Experience in Google Workspace security features and configurations
· Ability to design solutions in Google Workspace
· Google Workspace functional knowledge
· Experience in integrations and automatizations with Google Workspace and Azure AD
· Experience with multi-vendor environments with co-existing Google, Microsoft and other digital workplace platforms
· Architecture Principles Design
· Agile Architecture Delivery
