Göteborg: Systems Engineer Technical Leader

Systems Engineer Technical Leader As a leader of the team you will be required to:

Define, introduce and monitor engineering process Establish, ensure and live team work and team spirit in Team, training and leading of Engineering Team
As a system engineering team leader you will be required to coach/delegate/organize/verify and support your team performing following activities:

Development of electrical / logical design of electrical distribution systems for European Car makers. Development of the electrical design schematics using a drafting tool as Mentor CHS or Saber. communication with Lear System Engineers in local Engineering Offices in Europe to coordinate the design changes and assure proper implementation in schematics on time alignment with the mechanical wire harness engineers in the local Engineering Offices in Europe Run DRC (Design rule check) and sanity checks on schematics versus 2D drawings Prepare systems change documents Run CAE analysis as Saber or Mentor CHS analysis Perform studies as requested by local Engineering Offices


Qualifications:

We believe that you are an electrical engineer or equivalent and have experience of Electrical Distribution Systems work in the automotive industry. Experience of working in Capital Harness System and Saber Harness is also an advantage.

You have good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).

Language: Fluent English. German is advantageous. Your services involve much collaboration with Lear's global development office. Travels outside of Czech Republic are likely. As a person you are flexible and independent, gladly initiative and not afraid of taking responsibility. You should feel well in a fast-paced environment, high expectations and with project oriented work. A good social skills and good interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience in leading and managing team of employees is essential merit. For the right person there are good opportunities for development.
