Start your career with Fujitsu
Whatever your interests or skills, Fujitsu has a role for you. A position you can develop into, and which will offer real responsibilities from the start. A role you can make your own. This 2 year development programme will provide the support you require to achieve your full potential.
Alongside your chosen role and the training you undertake in your business area, you will embark on a comprehensive 24 month modular development programme. These modules will cover key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Your development will come in many different formats; from structured training events, to mentoring and responsible business (CSR) projects. The programme modules will be delivered in different geographies within EMEIA.
Graduate Bid Manager – Stockholm
As a Graduate Bid Manager you will be taught to work with sales at Fujitsu and be involved with processes, routines and structures. You will together with a mentor learn the basics within bid management, and work with presentations, negotiation, administration and keeping a close dialogue with the customer. Together with the Lead Architect, Bid Manager and Opportunity Owner you will participate in the whole life circle of the bid management, from procurement to the final negotiation and closing with the customer. In this position, you will be involved with all of the different business areas in our company, and really grow in your position as a Junior Bid Manager. Within a relatively short period of time, you will be responsible for your own negotiations with the customer, always of course with great support from your team.
During the Graduate Programme, you will be working in a full-time job, with real targets and responsibilities.
Who are we looking for?
Our Graduate programmes are open to students who are eligible to work in the Sweden and will have completed their Bachelor or Master’s degree by September 2020.
We see that you have experience from living abroad, either working or studying.
When selecting Graduate candidates, we are looking for people who will bring their own personalities and skills to the role; who are willing to learn and eager to push themselves. If you are passionate, enthusiastic, committed, and looking to learn new skills, then you are exactly the type of person we are looking for.
You need to either live or study in Sweden or have a work permit within EU.
