Who are you?
You have recently finished, or are about to finish, a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and are eager to start your career as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
During your studies you learned about topics such as statics and dynamics mechanics, mechanical design, manufacturing methods, product development, and technical designs. You’re comfortable with one or several CAD-software suites, such as SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD or Siemens NX. You have probably come in contact with PDM-software as well.
It’s a bonus if you also have experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, KDP, KOLA, and plastics construction.
What will you do?
You have recently finished, or are about to finish, a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and are eager to start your career in life science.
During your studies, you learned about topics such as manufacturing methods, product development, technical design documentation, and tolerance analysis. You’ve also used CREO.
As a person you’re considerate, communicative, and down-to-earth, enjoy working in teams, meeting new people, learning new things, and sharing knowledge. You also like solving difficult problems, breaking them down into components, and working with a team to find the best solution.
We're looking to develop a cluster of knowledgeable individuals within additive manufacturing, so if that's something you're also especially interested in, we're a perfect match.
For Knightec, communication is key. Both internally and externally. We think you communicate fluently in either Swedish or English, but preferably in both.
What's in it for you?
At Knightec you get to work on fun and challenging assignments in product development. We collaborate closely with our customers to develop long-term solutions.
You will have a lot of responsibility and freedom, but also wonderful and competent colleagues, and a manager that is present and supports your career development.
You’re also invited to join our project to inspire young teenagers in disadvantaged areas to continue studying, our collaboration with Engineers Without Borders, and Vera, our network for equality.
