Graduate Mechatronics Engineer to Knightec in Umeå or Örnsköldsvik

Arbetsbeskrivning

Are you a graduate Mechatronics Engineer with high ambitions? Do you want to work on fun, challenging, and exciting projects at a forward-thinking product development consultancy ranked as one of Sweden’s top employers? Apply to Knightec’s Assessment Days.

Who are you?
You have recently finished, or are about to finish, a degree in Mechantronics, and are eager to start your career.

During your studies you learned about topics such as mechanics, electronics, and computer science. You’ve also used CAD-software, such as Solidworks or Catia. It’s a bonus if you have experience from plastics and composite design.

As a person you’re considerate, communicative, and down-to-earth, enjoy working in teams, meeting new people, learning new things, and sharing knowledge. You also like solving difficult problems, breaking them down into components, and working with a team to find the best solution.

We're looking to develop a cluster of knowledgeable individuals within additive manufacturing, so if that's something you're also especially interested in, we're a perfect match.

For Knightec, communication is key. Both internally and externally. We think you communicate fluently in either Swedish or English, but preferably in both.

What will you do?

As a Mechatronics Engineer you will be part of a team at Technology, a business area of Knightec offering services in mechanical design, FEM-analysis, and design/UX.

Knightec is divided into regions, and you will be working in region North, which covers Sundsvall, Umeå, and Örnsköldsvik. You’ll either be based at one of our offices in Umeå or Örnsköldsvik, or as part of a team at one of our clients.

What's in it for you?
At Knightec you get to work on fun and challenging assignments in product development. We collaborate closely with our customers to develop long-term solutions.

You will have a lot of responsibility and freedom, but also wonderful and competent colleagues, and a manager who is present and supports your career development.

You’re also invited to join our project to inspire young teenagers in disadvantaged areas to continue studying, our collaboration with Engineers Without Borders, and Vera, our network for equality.
