We are looking for individuals who are motivated and prepared to join Scania in our journey towards a sustainable transport system.
Graduate Onboarding Network will focus on positions within Production and Logistics (P&L) and Research and Development (R&D), and aims to speed up your development, preparing you for a future career in a global organization. You will have a unique opportunity to get to know Scania through an extensive onboarding; where you will get essential insights into the world of Scania as well as the prerequisites to expand your network already from the start of your career.

Since we are facing many exciting challenges ahead, we have openings in several areas within our P&L and R&D departments, such as mechanical, production, and electronic design in both our conventional and electrified transport segments. Your tasks can range anywhere from the concept phase to production implementation. The role titles for our positions can be, for example, Product Engineer, Process engineer, Logistic Developer, or Development Engineer within software and hardware. Within this opportunity, you will be employed from day one, in an entry-level position/junior role in a specific department.
Not only that, in this initiative you will get the opportunity to interact with other members taking part in the Graduate Onboarding Network to discuss different topics while learning about culture and organization, including TRATON Group. These gatherings will take place once a month over a period of six months, with start in September.
Who are we looking for?
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree with no more than 2 years of professional experience within the relevant field of studies. You need to be fluent in English, both oral and written. Swedish is mandatory for positions within P&L.
You have the ambition to grow and develop in a dynamic environment where you can contribute with your knowledge and your unique background. You want to make an impact on humans and society whether you are aiming to become a generalist, specialist or manager. Sustainability is a way of living.

Recruitment process
Selection of candidates and employment is ongoing during the application period between January 31st – April 10th, 2022.
A complete application includes a cover letter, CV, and a summary of grade records or your degree certificate. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
As the first part of the selection process, we use a web-based psychometric test to get an unbiased screening. The tests will be sent to everyone who meets our base requirements mentioned in the ad. We will then make a selection based on the test results. Now we will start to look at your CV, formal education/qualifications, and your previous experiences. If selected for an interview, we will also go into your professional interests and personal competencies. Background checks may occur during the recruitment process.
