Description and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Product Engineer you will join our highly qualified Product Management team, concentrating on having the best possible products for our customers. The work will consist of everything from creating ideas and business cases for new products, to managing existing products with upgrades and improvements throughout the product life cycle.
You will work together with Product Managers of various products; from measurement devices in the field to computers and system components. Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders, spanning from customers and salespeople over to engineering, operations and suppliers. Generally, the role is about creating a bridge between customer needs and the creation of products and solutions.
You will process and evaluate possible needs and sales of new products, as well as participate in development projects performing management tasks. Further, working with upgrades of existing product with new features and improvements regarding cost and performance. You will also work on mitigating disturbances in operations or quality issues as well as to discontinue old products. Supporting customers and sales organizations is also a part of this role.

Requirements
Our New Grad Program welcomes you who recently graduated or have a maximum of one year work experience.
To thrive in this role, you appreciate to work in an international business environment, you are passionate about products that solve customer problems, have a strong inner drive for results and can combine technology with customer needs.
In this role we expect that you have a MSc/BSc in Engineering within mechanics, automation, electronics, software or engineering physics or equivalent. As we work in an international environment you need to be fluent in both verbal and written English, Swedish is a plus.
