Graduate Program Position – Product Management

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems’ Graduate program is your chance to get to spend time in not only your home country’s part of the business, but also in other countries while learning about our business and the organization!
If you are a European resident, and if you have a bachelor’s or preferably a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or will have in time for Program start) you are eligible to apply – and we are looking forward to receiving your application!
The ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Graduate Program will start in Fall 2022 and will run for a total of 24 months on a permanent contract.
You will be exposed to and learn from the best specialists in the industry. You will get a chance to get to know our company from many angles. You will be part of the day-to-day business and actively contribute to our dedicated and engaged teams. The first 6 months you will spend in the country where you are recruited, and then relocate for your first of two international placements for about 6 months each. One will be in Switzerland and the other in either Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, or France. This set-up will give you a solid understanding of what it is like to work in an international environment, as well as invaluable experience of working in different countries and cultures, with all that it brings.
As a Product Manager, you will be focusing on Business management of a product (or part of a product group), and its commercial success within the Product Unit Sliding Doors. You will be involved in translating the business strategy into product strategy, coordinate the product launches for a product category, and monitoring product profitability and commercial success. Focusing on ensuring that a comprehensive product portfolio is available for the defined markets, segments and sales channels. You will work closely with the Product Development team and the Marketing & Digital Solutions team.
During the Program you will be in continuous contact with your dedicated mentor, and you will also be assigned a local host, who will help you to settle in, wherever you go. We believe that people make it all happen and want to see you get a good start with us! Together with your mentor and the rest of the Program team you will discover your strengths and development areas, and together figure out what would be the best step for you after graduating from the Program and where in the organization you would be able to continue grow both yourself and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. The Graduate Program is only the beginning!
