What we are looking for!
You are a recent graduate with a Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Business or Engineering, who are ready to be part of a high-performance team.
You are looking for a great place to be a graduate, to develop and learn, to meet young professionals like yourself, be together with a diverse group of colleagues from many backgrounds and cultures in an inclusive environment, where we all work on helping our customers manage some of the biggest issues around.

The program starts 1 September 2021
Based in Sweden you will join graduates from the other Nordic countries, travelling to other locations, visiting some of our sites in Europe - building an important internal network. To reach the level of competence needed to become a truly trusted advisor in the future, you will participate in intensive training in 9 months covering our company, our solutions, and what it means to work at Schneider Electric. Afterwards you will continue your journey in your team.
