Position Description

As Graduate Program coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and driving all activities connected to our Global Graduate program. This involves planning and executing on employer branding and recruitment activities to attract the best talents to our program. You will also be working closely with the business to plan and coordinate the different modules, activities, and assignments of the program.

In addition, you will also organize social events and activities for the graduates to ensure that they get the best possible onboarding and experience through out the program.

You will work closely with colleagues from People & Culture, peers within Volvo Group and business representatives.



Requirements


To be successful in this role you should have great administrative skills and the ability to plan and organize your work in a structured way. You enjoy working with people and are comfortable with building networks within the business as well as with external stakeholders.

We believe that you have the ability to plan ahead while at the same time solving the here and now.

Since we are a global organization, it is important that you are fluent in spoken and written English, like teamwork and interaction with people, and that you can communicate effectively.

In addition, you should meet the following qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
International experience
Previous (HR) Administration experience
A network within the student community is a plus
