Graduate Program Position – Junior Project Leader, IoT & Analytics
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems’ Graduate program is your chance to get to spend time in not only your home country’s part of the business, but also in two other countries in Europe while learning about our business and the organization!
If you are a Swedish resident, and if you have a Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronics or Computer science engineering or similar field of study you are eligible to apply – and we are looking forward to receiving your application!
The ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Graduate Program will start in January 2022, and will run for a total of 24 months on a permanent contract.
We promise that you will get to know our company as well as to learn from specialists in the industry. You will be part of the day to day business and be working in dedicated and engaged teams. The first 6 months you will spend in the country where you are recruited, and then relocate for your first international placement in Belgium for about 6 months, followed by another placement for an additional 6 months in Netherlands.
This set up will give you a solid understanding of what it is like to work in an international environment, as well as invaluable experience from working in different countries and cultures, with all that brings.
What you would do as our Junior Project Manager, IoT & Analytics
You will be working with analytics related to both our products and our service process. You will work with different teams in our organization to implement analytics solutions to improve our business performance. You will be using data from our IoT Cloud that collects data from our doors in the field as well as data from other sources such as ERP systems.
The successful candidate combines a desire to improve business processes with a deep interest in technology areas such as analytics and software development. Your home placement is in Landskrona as part of the Product Unit Digital Solutions & Technology.
During the Program you will be in continuous contact with your dedicated mentor, and you will also be assigned a local host, who will help you to settle in, where ever you go. We believe that people make it all happen, and want to see you get a good start with us!
Together with your mentor and the rest of the Program team you will discover your strengths and development areas, and together figure out what would be the best step for you after graduating from the Program and where in the organization you would be able to continue grow both yourself and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. The Graduate Program is only the beginning!
The skills and experience you need
To find your way into and navigate within ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems you will need to be a curious and ambitious person, ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow. You like being creative and ‘thinking outside the box’ and you enjoy being part of a result oriented and focused team. If you bring your best, we will give you the best we can in return! ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems values diversity, and we know that different perspectives makes us even more innovative and successful.
