Sibelco is a global material solutions company. We mine, process and sell industrial minerals at locations worldwide, focused primarily on silica, clays, feldspathics and olivine. We are also leaders in glass recycling. The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people.

How does our Graduate Programme work? You will embark on an immersive sixteen-month rotational schedule split into two eight-month placements within our Commercial, Operations, Finance and/or Technology & Innovation functions, preferably across two different locations.
After successful completion of the programme, you will transition into a permanent position in the business.
Entry Requirements: To be eligible for Sibelco Graduate Programme 2023, you must have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree within the last two years, ideally within a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics, although we will consider other disciplines
We will accept applications from individuals who recently completed a Sibelco.
Language skills: Fluency in English (mandatory) and one or more of the following languages: Dutch, French, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Norwegian, German, Turkish, Chinese (to be based on final country list).

Stage 3 – Group assessment & final selection of projects (please note that you will be required to travel for this stage; group assessments will only be held in limited locations across the globe)
