As part of Linesight’s Graduate Programme you will join our highly skilled and experienced Project Management team. You will be based with an established team on site in Sweden with one of our Key clients where you will be exposed to best-in-class Project Management tools and processes within a large-scale construction project. Fluent Swedish is required for this role.
What will you be doing?
With guidance and support from an experienced team you will develop your knowledge in the following areas:
· Safety – learn best in class safety protocols. Understand the planning process, participate in supervision inspections in the field, escalate issues and track resolution.
· Technical/Design coordination – understand the design, participate in design coordination meetings, monitor compliance with the clients requirements, track issues and drive to closure.
· Schedule – understand the Contractor’s schedule, participate in schedule reporting activities. Understand schedule impacts of change, procurement lead times etc. Assist the team in schedule reporting.
· Quality inspections – assist the team in implementation of a robust Quality Control process. Participate in ongoing inspections and issue resolution.
· Commissioning – understand the commissioning process and requirements. Participate in commissioning planning, execution and monitoring.
· Risk Management – including tracking and reporting on risk, inputting to the Risk Register, formulating and implementation of mitigation plans.
· Change management – assist with the implementation of a robust change control process to ensure time/cost/quality are factored into all change decisions.
· Stakeholder management – work with a wide variety of stakeholders from 3rd parties to client specialists to contractors and consultants.
· Contract administration – assist the team in management of the construction contract.

What we require from you:
· A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Construction Management & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar technical discipline.
· An interest in working with a team to support clients in managing complex, large scale construction projects.
· A desire to progress your career within Project Management in the Construction industry.
· Lots of initiative and a hunger to learn and develop with Linesight.
· Strong IT skills and an aptitude for developing those skills further. Of particular interest is the MS Office suite.
· Fluency in English & Swedish is required (C level in the common European framework),
· Fluency in another European language is desirable
· Desire to travel in your future
