Alongside your chosen role and the training you undertake in your business area, you will embark on a comprehensive 24 month modular development programme. These modules will cover key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Your development will come in many different formats; from structured training events, to mentoring and responsible business (CSR) projects. The programme modules will be delivered in different geographies within EMEIA.
Graduate Project Manager– Stockholm
As a Graduate in Project Management, you are trained to become a Project Manager. The first activity our Project Management graduates will do is to join a European project management training program joined by other graduates from our other European Fujitsu locations. As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist the project management team in delivering small to medium sized projects on schedule, within budget and to the level of quality agreed with the customer. Collaborating with our customers, both internal and external, a Project Manager will start off by supporting Senior Project Management professionals to ensure quality planning, control, and assurance practices on all aspects of project definition and delivery. Within a relatively short period of time, you will be trusted to pick up work packages, and deliver these within a project or program environment to our customers.


During the Graduate Programme, you will be working in a full-time job, with real targets and responsibilities.
Who are we looking for?
Our Graduate programmes are open to students who are eligible to work in the Sweden and will have completed their Bachelor or Master’s degree by September 2020.
We see that you have experience from living abroad, either working or studying.
When selecting Graduate candidates, we are looking for people who will bring their own personalities and skills to the role; who are willing to learn and eager to push themselves. You need to either live or study in Sweden or have a work permit within EU.
