We contribute towards a piece of the puzzle in this transition. We provide our customers' employees with the conditions to deliver the best possible service. Our software supports resource planning, coaching, quality work and analyses of dialogue between companies and their customers whether in speech or writing
There are good opportunities to grow with us, both in the market and in sales. We have approximately 700 employees around the world, of which 140 are in Sweden.
THE JUNIOR SALESMAN WILL BE THE ENGINE OF OUR SALES TEAM
The prospective junior professional will have a key role in marketing and sales. Your task is to start the dialogue with potential customers, push it as far as you can and then hand it over to one of your colleagues for sale. It is crucial to quickly understand the customer's challenges, listen and be able to create a rewarding dialogue on all communication platforms, from social media to telephone interactions. You will become a subject matter expert with our company.
We are well established in our industry and our market activities encourage many companies to contact us. Although many companies get in touch, it is also part of your job to seek out companies and organizations to start a dialogue with. You will be able to get a lot of support from your colleagues in sales who know their markets. Your future teammates will consist of people from all over the world, reporting to a leader based in the UK. Our success is measured on how we as a group can together contribute to solving customers' needs.
BACKGROUND
You hold a degree in any business-related field and must have graduated by August 2021 or earlier
You speak Swedish and English fluently (Danish and/or Finnish language skills are a bonus!)
You have a strong aptitude for sales
Must have drive, flexibility, willingness to learn, and competitive zeal
Good speaking voice
Must be able to legally live and work in Sweden
Desirable: You have relevant work experience or have completed an internship
