Alongside your chosen role and the training you undertake in your business area, you will embark on a comprehensive 24 month modular development programme. These modules will cover key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Your development will come in many different formats; from structured training events, to mentoring and responsible business (CSR) projects. The programme modules will be delivered in different geographies within EMEIA.
Graduate Solution Owner - Stockholm
In the position as a Graduate Solution Owner, you will play a key role within Solution Management for delivery of a solution based on Fujitsu Market Place or other Point of Sales (POS) software. You will be responsible for the delivery of this solution to the globally largest Retailers.
As a starting point, you will be supporting the different delivery teams in POS Application, POS Platform, Legal and Security compliance. You will be a part of the Retail Enterprise Services team and work closely with the team and the customer to ensure excellent quality. In a short period of time you will eventually take on an overall perspective for the delivery, and be responsible for processes, strategies, roadmap, lifecycle, baselines and coordination between the different functions in the delivery. We are working with the largest customers in the Retail industry, so this position will offer you a great opportunity to set your own mark on a global industry.

During the Graduate Programme, you will be working in a full-time job, with real targets and responsibilities.
For any Graduate positions, we require you to have completed or be studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with excellent academic results. We see that you have experience from living abroad, either working or studying. Our Graduate Programme is open to candidates eligible to work in Sweden.
