Graduate Solutions Engineer

Description and Responsibilities
Right now, with an expanding product portfolio and growing business, we are looking for you who are newly graduated and have a great interest in product development and customer relations.
In the role of Graduate Solutions Engineer, you will work to build and grow our strong product portfolio in level measurement in the process industry.
You will work with everything from identification of customer needs to product launch. Further you will work closely with product management, product development, sales, and marketing. You will work with the product portfolio, both technically as well as within the business specific areas, for example, competitor analyses, business cases, sales presentations, marketing materials, product launches and industry/application expertise and more.
We are organized in agile, cross-functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is a part of our daily work. You will have opportunities to grow and specialize. Requirements
Our New Grad Program welcomes you who recently graduated or have a maximum of one year work experience.
We are looking for you with a Master of Science in Engineering, who is either a fresher college pass out, looking for the first job after graduation or have up to one year of experience. Our business environment is international; hence you need to have good collaborative skills and excellent command over English, written and verbal. Swedish is a plus.
To fit into the role, we believe that you are creative, enterprising and are motivated by problem solving. You have strong analytical and technical skills combined with a result-oriented perspective. To succeed in this role, you need to be customer-focused, business-oriented and have a genuine and sincere interest in technology.
You will have a wide network of contacts both internally and externally, so your abilities to build networks and communicate at different levels and among different cultures are thus important characteristics.
In the role of Graduate Solutions Engineer, you will visit customers, so B-driving license is a plus.
