Graduate Training Engineer

Description and Responsibilities
Emerson is looking for a Graduate Training Engineer focusing on our expanding Process Level product portfolio. This is a great opportunity for you who recently started your career and want to take the next step. You will be the face of Process Level to our regional Sales and Service offices, training them on a market leading product portfolio.As a Graduate Training Engineer, you will be a part of the Process Level Business Unit and support the education of the global sales and service organization for our expanding Process Level portfolio. You will be working with developing and maintaining training materials and facilitating trainings together with our Process level training team.
Other areas of responsibility include supporting sales and marketing events and maintaining the training equipment. With experience you will also perform global Face to Face trainings.

Requirements
Our New Grad Program welcomes you who recently graduated or have a maximum of one year work experience.
In this role we expect that you have a MSc in Engineering. It’s important that you feel confident to explain and communicate technical solutions in a clear and consistent way in English, written as well as spoken.
To thrive in this role you have a passion for both customer and innovative technology; educational ability or presenter experience is a plus.
Our business environment is international and requires good interpersonal skills and fluency in English, Swedish is a plus and additional language skills are highly appreciated.
We are looking for a person with a high drive for results, who is comfortable with presenting in front of people. This is a role that will encounter people from all over the world, so you need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills. This is essential to build strong cross functional relationships with people from different cultures.
This role includes travels and customer visits.
