You invest your talent – we grow together
As a Graduate within Retail Banking you will hold a position that gives you great opportunities for development and the opportunity to contribute to our business. You will work with different kinds of clients and learn how the retail business works. Besides the daily work you will participate actively in international seminars and activities within Retail Banking.

What we offer you:
The Graduate concept consists of international seminars, local business area tracks, mentoring process and value chain stays. As a Graduate within Retail Banking you will participate in 4 international seminars, where Graduates from different countries and different parts of Nordea meet, network and improve their personal skills. The seminars focus on the fundamentals and the business in Nordea. Learn more about our Graduate concept here .

We are looking for you
We are looking for newly graduated academics with a Master degree, maximum of 1 year of working experience after graduation. You have high potential and good grades. You can also refer to relevant professional experience, extracurricular experiences and are fluent in spoken and written in Swedish as well as English. As a person you are self-dependent and self-driven. You seek opportunities to learn and are willing to consistently develop to become even better. You act with integrity, have the ability to create good relationships and adapt to and has respect for cultural differences. You appreciate diversity and take social responsibility, are committed to make a difference, seek broad business knowledge and seek and use feedback.
