We are now looking for a creative and collaborative Graphic Artist to join us at Tobii Dynavox! You will be responsible for creating and designing our communication symbols used in our devices which help people communicate.
Your days will be filled with:
Draw, design, and create new Picture Communication Symbols for communication (PCS) that we use in our devices and assistive communication aids
Design and illustrate documents to support hardware and software
Being creative and designing illustrations for curricular software and print activities
Work closely with content developers and technical writers to ensure artwork meets the needs of the different products in Tobii Dynavox product portfolio
Track and document project

The graphic artist will play a key role in expanding the library of Picture Communication Symbols (PCS). You will also play a key role in the design of product support materials including technical illustrations, iconography, and layout that follow our brand guidelines. Other responsibilities include illustrations for curricular activities, and occasional support for social media promotions. You will work collaboratively together with the Graphic Arts team, located in Pittsburgh, USA to develop Tobii Dynavox symbols!
We are looking for someone with:
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar creative field
Some years’ experience working as a graphic artist
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, both MAC and PC platforms
Great project management skills
Demonstrated collaborative- and team working skills
Professional knowledge in verbal and written English
Time management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
