Graphic Designer

Our services include: publishing content, offering classes and events, promoting health-related products, and designing tools to guide businesses and individuals in their health journeys. Our goal is to raise health-consciousness and increase quality of life in cities. We are now seeking an experienced Graphic Designer, ideally with startup experience to join our mission-driven team.


Responsibilities


Collaborative Content Creation:
- Work closely with content writers and instructors to design engaging and informative materials that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
- Translate complex health concepts into visually appealing and accessible designs.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with founders, product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a cohesive and compelling visual representation of our health education platform.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional stakeholders to align design strategies with overall project goals.

Visual Storytelling:
- Design illustrations and infographics that convey health-related information in an engaging and user-friendly manner.
- Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and materials.


Production-Ready Deliverables:
- Deliver high-quality design assets ready for production and integration into websites and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.


Requirements


Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a background in startups or as a founder.
- Previous experience in health or education-related projects is a plus.
- Background in writing is a plus.


Language Skills:
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Swedish language skills are a plus.

Technical Proficiency:
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Familiarity with Rhino and Twinmotion is a plus.
- Video Editing skills are a plus
- Programming skills are a plus.


Adaptability:
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
