Graphic Designer Wanted

Join the Rock 'n' Roll Scientists at Softube in Linköping, Sweden, and work to create stunning visuals for web, sales and marketing activities.

Softube is a dynamic, fast growing company on a mission-to find the best way to make music with a computer, using our scientific wizardry and our love for music. We are looking for a dedicated, creative, and skillful graphic designer to make visual presentations for our brand and products that are on the same level as our sound quality. Focus will be on digital media, but other medium knowledge, like traditional print is required as well.

Position Details and Application
The position is full-time, on-site at Softube headquarters in Linköping Sweden, and we would like to fill this position as soon as possible. International applications are very welcome, two of our current employees are from other countries than Sweden, and English is spoken at the office.

Job Description
.Work with implementing and maintaining the visual brand identity
.Work with designs for sales and marketing activities
.Work with video editing and video graphics
.Work with web design
.Review and approve proofs of printed material, graphics, videos, sound, and trade show booth designs and deliverables done by external partners

Required Qualifications
.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
.Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
.Proficient use of modern video editing tools, eg. Final Cut
.Hands on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
.Structured and analytical workflow with consistent results
.Proficiency in English

Bonus Qualifications
.Knowledge and experience in music production
.Knowledge and experience of the music software industry, plug-ins, DAWs
.Photographic and video shooting experience

Softube is based in Linköping, Sweden and currently has 14 employees. The company was founded 2003 and have since developed and sold products used by professional and enthusiast music creators. Softube has done work for the most well known brand in the industry, like Marshall, Native Instruments, Universal Audio, and Fender.
