We are looking for a person who is constantly seeking for opportunities to develop the daily work, i e "look at every problem as an opportunity". You will be part of a relative newly established group within Maersk Line, called Process Excellence. They are responsible for the region deployment and implementation of an Innovation & Continuous Improvement mindset. To be able to succeed in this work we have chosen to work with well proved tools and methods based on Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen. You are, of course, already used to work in this kind of organization. You have proven skills in using the methodology by, for instance, having a Green Belt certification. The position is located at the Maersk NEU (Northern Europe) regional head office located centrally in Gothenburg. We expect to be 10 people supporting the whole organization with developing end-to-end processes out of a customer perspective. Focus should be "Easy for the Customer - Efficient for us"! Main responsibilities: . Initiate and lead improvement projects . Facilitate workshops . Define and measure Key Performance Indicators . Present findings to local management . Be a change agent . Represent NEU-region in global projects . Act as an ambassador for Process Excellence internally The ideal candidate has: . A Six Sigma Green Belt certification . Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English . Experience with project management methods . Ability to develop priorities, create a plan, and set and meet deadlines We also expect you to be: . Analytical . Pragmatic . Persistent .
