Grooo is one of the strongest brands when it comes to recruiting tech in Sweden. We have been around since 2010 and our network is huge.

We have gone through massive developments during the past years, getting us prepared for future of tech recruiting. Our business have gone from being a supplier of candidates to a real partner in tech recruiting. And therefore we get paid for the actual work, and not only hires.

Grooo has always been about working with the best people and we put great pride in training awesome people becoming awesome tech recruiters. We get loads of requests from our clients asking for help with recruiting tech, but are unable to help them all. Therefore we need more people joining us ASAP.

Who are you?

To match our requests, you need to have at least some experience of recruiting tech. It doesn’t have to be much, but something to put on paper. Obviously you need to be a person that enjoy changes and can integrate in a group quickly.
