Randstad have the great pleasure to help our client, an independent, integrated agency[looking to further expand its global network.You will be responsible for further establishing the network to service their growing requirements in the Nordic regions.We are[looking for You who know how to get things done, impress clients and are passionate about delivering great work.You will be leading a team of people based in the client's existing agency in Stockholm.In the first instance the roles will involve: -[Working on a dynamic, fast-paced piece of business -[Establishing[the[offering while being based in the Client's current local agency -[Being instrumental in applying best practice - Acting as the lead person for the Client in deciding which agency should be developing campaigns at[a[local level -[Proactively developing insight driven integrated Local campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, experiential) - Co-ordinating the strategic responses from all partner agencies when working as part of the Agency team -[Developing "sell in" materials in order to assist the Client meet their B2B commercial objectives -[Co-ordination of quarterly strategic review and planning meetings with the core partner agencies -[Building client relationships and relationships with 3rd parties as appropriate[ [Core competences for this role: -[Strategic knowledge of the telecoms sector (and where it is going) -[Commercial responsibility & governance - the ability to understand the Client/Agency retainer model and to ensure that it is for all parties involved -[Inspirational leadership with effective collaboration skills -[Great account organisation - with so much going on, it is vital that your team is really clear about their roles and responsibilities; and everyone is passionate about seamless delivery -[An understanding of the Nordic region markets: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Lithuania,[ Latvia, Estonia and Greenland.-[Unrivalled passion for being better than the rest [Previous experience: -[Telecoms (working with and without operators), Trade Marketing, International Campaign Activation -[Retail/Integrated experience -[Used to delivering Regional/Global toolkits -[Used to working collaboratively with other agencies to deliver toolkits -[International experience (languages a bonus too) -[Needs to understand the digital process and preferably worked alongside digital strategists and project[managers Very welcome to apply for this position[in[a top ranked, prestigious agency![
