The Finance department is an important service function within the PartnerTech Group. The responsibilities include among other things group reporting and forecasting, cash management and risk management. There is a close relationship between Group Finance and each business unit.
As Group Accountant you play a key role in ensuring that the delivery of group's interim and annual reports is done in a proper way. You will secure high quality in financial reports and carry out risk management activities. You will also ensure documentation and implementation of our policies are in compliance with group reporting. To ensure compliance to policies is another important area. You will be key role in the month end close process and to secure high quality in the reporting and consolidation. Being a Group Accountant you will be expected to participate in various projects where financial control and accounting inputs are needed.
Month end controls and parent company reporting is also part of the responsibility. Responsibility for the group tax and equity structure, audit relations and group internal control process will be included.
You are expected to contribute with materials for the board of directors, Group Q-reports and lead the Group Annual report.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a person with high personal integrity, team player with sense of humour. You have experience from group reporting process and consolidating system, preferably Cognos.  Additional you have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and are expected to be on a high level in MS Excel.
You are stimulated by and have a good understanding of working in a multinational company including a high paced and complex environment. You have experience of IFRS reporting.
As with any group roles the candidate should have an excellent telephone and e-mail manner and maintain confidentiality at all times. Attention to details, an organized approach and good interpersonal skills are essential for this role. As a person you are comfortable in taking responsibility for and driving your work tasks and ensuring that all tasks are finalized on time in full. You are good with numbers and enjoy working in a systematic way. You are a team player and take pride in delivering high quality in all your duties.
You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in practical group accounting or from group account auditing. Have a degree from university in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or other relevant education.  Your English skills are excellent, both written and spoken. It is preferable with additional knowledge in other languages.
The position will be based at PartnerTech's Head office in Malmö, Sweden, and report to head of group reporting and Group CFO. This is temporary position for one year.
